Nothing is compulsory. Everything is arranged from the estate, at your own pace.
The chef at home
He visits the market in the morning and cooks on your terrace at night. Included with the estate.
Cane and rum
The north is rhum agricole country. The Neisson distillery in Le Carbet and Depaz in Saint-Pierre can be visited in a morning. In the evening, the ti-punch ritual on your terrace: lime, cane sugar, white rum.
A massage under the trees
In an open shelter by the river, at the hour the mist lifts.
The waterfall
A walk through the rainforest, then a swim in the cool water at the foot of the falls.
At sea, in the soft hours
Out in a boat with a fisherman from Le Carbet, at sunrise or sunset.
The market
Syrups, spices and jams from the island, to take home or hand to the chef.
Walking
Trails start from the estate. For Mount Pelée, set off at dawn by the Aileron path.
